Basketball Strength Coach Academy is a specialised development pathway with long term athletic development at the core of the programme. As an academy athlete you will develop your movement proficiency and build an extensive movement library in the earlier years equipping you with the foundational skills necessary to succeed later in your athletic career.

As you progress through the academy you will begin to develop the strength qualities which underpin high level athletic performance and learn how to express those qualities to maximise transfer onto the court and into the game of basketball.

You will graduate the academy having transformed your athleticism and will be in a position to compete at the more physical levels of the game.

Basketball strength coach Elite

Basketball Strength Coach Elite is for athletes who have aspirations of competing at the very highest levels of the game. The elite programme is where training becomes highly structured with the goal of maximising your physical outputs and reaching your genetic potential.

You will train for maximum strength, speed, power, and elasticity; the physical qualities essential for elite athleticism, all while learning how to transfer these qualities into real basketball skills.

At all levels of basketball skill can be overwhelmed by physicality and athleticism. As an athlete in the elite programme the physicality of the college/pro level will not be an issue. You will be ready to compete at any level of the game.

Small Group Coaching

What to expect from your small group membership

  • Athletic Development

    You will develop your basketball athleticism and move closer to your genetic potential every single session.

    With 15 years experience I know what it takes to achieve the level of athleticism required to compete at the highest levels. You’ll train with a basketball strength and conditioning specialist every time you step into the gym.

  • Specialised Training

    Every session has been designed to develop the specific qualities necessary for basketball performance. You’ll develop strength, speed, power, and elasticity which transfer directly into vertical jump height, sprint speed, change of direction ability etc.

  • App Based Programme

    Even when you’re not in the gym you’ll receive elite coaching from the basketball strength coach app so you can continue to make progress outside of your coached sessions.

    Train alongside like-minded players who are all trying to get better, who respect the weight room and each other.

One to one Coaching

One to one coaching is a premium service for athletes who are serious about their development and want to fulfil their athletic potential.

While group coaching may be the best fit for many athletes, one to one coaching allows me to work closely with you to make sure you are always progressing towards the end goal of being the best basketball athlete you can be.

No group sessions, no guess work. Everything is designed specifically to your personal needs.

This coaching option can take the form of remote coaching or in-person training sessions.
